Identity Card - apply to all citizens who have reached the age of 16 years old!

 

For the first time

• Original Voucher purchased at Post.

The document has expired, has been damaged or has a data changes such as. Surname.

• Original Voucher purchased at Post.
• Old ID card which is returned at the time of application.

The document is lost, stolen, burned or seized:

• Original Voucher purchased at Post.
• Original Self-Statement Attestation received from the Police Commissariat or a copy received by eAlbania signed electronically for the loss, theft, etc. of the Identity Card

 

Passport - All Albanian citizens apply!

Citizens may apply for passport:

• With normal procedure – Time to produce is 15 days
• With FT Procedure – Time to produce is 2-3 days

For children under 16 years old, one of the parents, a person authorized by the Attorney or a legal Custody must be present!

 

For the first time:

• Original Voucher purchased at Post
• Passport Police Self – Statement Form *
• Valid ID card (for citizens over 16 years old)

• Original Voucher purchased at Post
• Passport Police Self – Statement Form* (required only if the current passport is issued till 31 December 2011)
• Valid ID card (for citizens over 16 years old)
• Old passport which will be damaged during application.

 

The document is lost, stolen, burned or seized:

• Original Voucher purchased at Post
• Passport Police Self – Statement Form* (required only if the lost, stolen, etc. passport is issued till 31 December 2011)
• Valid ID card (for citizens over 16 years old)

Original Self-Statement Attestation received from the Police Commissariat or a copy received by eAlbania signed electronically on the loss, theft, etc. of the Passport
