During September - December 2021, Aleat Company in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior finished successfully the opening of the application offices for foreign nationals at the offices of Local Directorates of Border and Migration of the State Police.
This new service offers the opportunity to foreign citizens to be provided with electronic cards with biometric data which share the same characteristics and use as the Albanian Electronic Identity Card.
The Residence Permit card application service is offered in 8 offices at the 7 Local Directorates of Border and Migration of the State Police:
